A 6-Week Group Coaching Experience for Women Ready to Reset, Refocus, and Build What’s Next
Life moves fast—and in the middle of juggling work, family, and endless responsibilities, it’s easy to lose sight of your own dreams. Hive Work was created to help you pause long enough to get clear about where you are, what’s holding you back, and how to move forward with confidence and peace.

Duration: 6 Weeks
Session Day & Time: Tuesdays, 8:00–9:00 PM (CST)
Format: Live virtual coaching sessions (via Zoom) with group discussion, reflection exercises, and guided planning

Map out your goals and priorities for the next year in a way that feels sustainable.
Week 6: Vision & Launch
Create your next-step strategy and learn how to stay consistent beyond the program.

Tara Petty
MBA, MSW, LCSW
With over a decade of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve dedicated my career to enhancing mental and emotional well-being. After working extensively in medical social work across diverse healthcare settings, I transitioned into private practice to provide more personalized care.
My expertise lies in navigating life transitions and addressing women’s issues, including prenatal, postnatal, and fertility concerns. I deeply understand the intersection of physical and mental health and its impact on overall well-being.
